- Enter the 15 digit survey code which is printed on your receipt.
- Click “Start” to proceed.
- Answer each of the questions based on your latest experience at Krispy Kreme.
- Rate the level of satisfaction; leave your comment about that visit.
- Provide the required details and submit.
- Upon completion, you will get a validation code.
- Note or write down it on your Krispy Kreme receipt.
